Momek TappingMate
In collaboration with MOMEK Group, and with Elkem as our pilot customer, we have developed TappingMate; an industrial robot which automates the processes for tapping molten metal in the furnace industry. The system utilize a KUKA Titan 1000.
Elkem IntelliDriller
IntelliDriller is a robotic system designed to drill and clean extruder nozzles of Söderberg Electrode Paste production production line. The system uses a collaborative robot UR20 from Universal Robots. This is equipped with a pneumatic drill and dressed in a waterproof robot suit. The system is operational 24/7.
